RECUPERAMOS MÁS DE 15.000€ DE UN CLIENTE DE WIZINK

Hoy lunes día 15 de noviembre conocemos otra sentencia favorable para uno de nuestros clientes que llevaba años sufriendo el abuso de la entidad bancaria Wizink. 

Hace algo más de un año se puso en contacto con nosotros para contarnos su situación y ver si le podíamos ayudar a reclamar todo el dinero que había pagado y que veía que nunca iba a terminar de pagar.

“Por más que pago todos los meses, esta deuda no baja” nos decía. Este es el gran problema de este tipo de créditos y tarjetas. El cliente paga una cuota al mes de la cual, la gran parte son intereses, por lo que apenas le permiten quitarse deuda. Si el cliente utiliza un mínimo la tarjeta gastando el poco dinero que va amortizando, la deuda vuelve a subir y por lo tanto, los intereses serán mayores, de ahí su denominado nombre “ tarjetas revolving”. 

Cuando este cliente de Wizink contrató la tarjeta, regentaba un negocio que estaba pasando una mala época, nos encontrábamos en plena crisis y un comercial de la entidad apareció un día por la puerta del mismo ofreciéndole aquel producto maravilloso que parecía poner fin a todos sus problemas económicos en forma de tarjeta milagrosa. No dudó en contratarla ni un momento, ya que los intereses, según aquel señor, eran bajísimos, muy por debajo de los de cualquier banco a pie de calle, pero la letra pequeña no decía lo mismo y aquella tarjeta milagrosa se convirtió en una pesadilla sin final.

Después de trece años pagando recibos altísimos de los cuales el 80% eran intereses nos llamó para que le ayudaramos a quitarse de encima de una vez por todas a los usureros de wizink, pues tras tantos años pagando la deuda era prácticamente la misma y llevaba pagados más de 15.000 euros solo de intereses, un valor que superaba la propia deuda, por lo que a día de hoy, tras la sentencia del juez, ya no debe nada a la entidad.

El afectado, cuyo nombre prefiere mantener en el anonimato, no tiene palabras para expresar su alegría, reconoce que el proceso ha sido un poco largo pero que ha merecido la pena.

Ponerse en manos de especialistas en este tipo de abusos es lo más importante en este tipo de casos.

    Hasta aquí, bien. Desde marzo del mismo año Wizink dejó de cobrarme y el 28 de abril depositó el dinero en la cuenta del Juzgado
    Por más que he llamado a abogado y procurador, a fecha de hoy 17 de julio de 2022, no sé nada de esos 10.300 € que tendría que haber cobrado.
    Insisto con mis preguntas al procurador Sergio Fernández Cieza y nada sabe, dice que está esperando que la Plataforma Apoteca le dé la orden de transferencia y que si quiero saber más me ponga en contacto con Apoteca.
    ¿Quién tiene mi dinero y con qué fin…?? Lo ignoro. Pero esto no es ni medio normal. Ni parece legal.
    ¿Tengo que ir al Juzgado por mi cuenta para reclamar la ejecución de la sentencia…??
